Sculpture comes to life as students from Trenton’s own Foundation Academy Charter School take on some of the most famous African American personalities of the past and present. As part of the school’s Black History Month curriculum, students research influential African American leaders of the past and present. The students then write their own monologues and bring their characters to life through short performances.
