Walk the garden,explore wellness topics, and enjoy light fare with friends. This season will focus anatomical yoga with a different theme each week. This session will center on Core Stability & Integration.
Learn about the major muscle and bone structures of our body using somatic movement, self-massage, stretching & strengthening. This new knowledge will be integrated into a chair yoga practice in order to move to our fullest, in a safe and sustainable way. This workshop is meant for beginners, those recovering from injuries, and those rediscovering their yoga practice who want a greater understanding of their anatomy.Instructor: Haylee Warner
Haylee Warner, RYT is a movement and meditation instructor, corporate wellness provider and an Ayurveda Holistic Health Counselor in Philadelphia. She focuses on the anatomical aspects of movement and blends her experience of dance, gyrokinesis, and yoga in each class. She enjoys guiding people to become further in touch with their bodies, emotions and patterns to be able to understand themselves better and therefore guide themselves into better health.
