A mother and her child smile as they paint a picture in the Education Studio.
GFS

Listen to a reading of Junebug: No Life Too Small by Nicole Daniels and explore the beauty of symmetry as we create imaginative insects out of paint blots! Paint will be spread on one half of a paper, then folded and pressed to create an identical mirror-image on the other half of the paper. Blotter bugs will come to life as antennae, eyes, and even wings may be drawn and decorated using markers and crayons.
All Tots For Sculpture workshops are designed for children ages 3 to 5 working alongside their adult caregivers.

Children’s educational programming at Grounds For Sculpture is supported in part by Nancy and Stephen Hovnanian and PNC Foundation.
