Join staff from veteran-owned Dao Concepts and keep that resolution to live a more healthy and active lifestyle! This weekly series promotes overall wellness through the practice of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese art that blends exercise with stress reduction. Each week will include a warmup, followed by basic, low-impact Tai Chi movements. Taking place in an exhibition gallery at GFS, this is a unique opportunity to focus on both body and spirit, as you will be surrounded by the beauty and inspiration of art. No experience needed; safe for all ages. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

Tony Jackson graduated from the United States Military Academy (West Point) in 1989 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and served as a 1st Lieutenant, Airborne Ranger Infantryman with the US Army, then transitioned to his corporate career with Nestle, The Dial Corporation, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and AmerisourceBergen.  Today, through his business Dao Concepts, Tony teaches Tai Chi to adults and Kung Fu to kids full-time. To learn more about Dao Concepts please visit daoconcepts.com.
