Learn to make delicious herbal decoctions (simmered teas) to help you stay healthy this cold and flu season. Participants will explore various ways to use herbs for immune support and learn five herbs which prevent illness and ease symptoms. You’ll learn how to make a decoction, sip the tea, and mix an herbal blend to take home. Admission to GFS is included, so feel free to enjoy the grounds!
