MEMBERSHIP FAQ
1. Download the free eMembership app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Select the Grounds For Sculpture tile
3. Tap “Find My Membership Cards”
4. Enter your Phone # and Last Name
5. Verify your membership info, then save your Membership Card(s) to your device!
Your digital membership card is available shortly after your membership is processed. As a reminder, GFS members can always visit GFS by presenting a valid photo ID at check-in with Guest Services.
If you need assistance installing the app and accessing your digital membership card, we are happy to help! Stop by the Member Lounge (open Thursday-Sunday 1-4pm) or the Guest Services desk during your next visit.
Guest Passes are one-time use passes to share with your friends or family. Guest Passes are issued in the eMembership app with your digital membership card. The passes are marked as “used” and dated when they are redeemed. Guest Passes have the same expiration date as your membership.
To minimize physical contact and practice social distancing, Grounds For Sculpture will only be accepting advanced timed reservations made online. No tickets will be available on-site. Daily tickets are timed-entry and are limited in order to manage safe capacity. Members are required to reserve free timed tickets online to visit.
Memberships are non-transferable. To preserve the integrity of the membership program, at least 1 member named on the membership must be present to use the membership. Please have your photo ID ready upon arrival to present at check-in.

Simply present your digital membership card to your server or the cashier at check-out. Only membership cards with valid expiration dates will be honored. This online account allows you to conveniently renew, register for programs and events, and receive your member discounts where applicable.
The Member Lounge is located in the Seward Johnson Center for the Arts (Welcome Center) next to the Van Gogh Café. The Member Lounge is open Thursday – Sunday from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Take a break with a complimentary refreshment, read books on art and museum publications – and learn how to make the most of your membership.
