IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Parties can be scheduled for up to 20 kids – pricing remains the same for under 20 kids.
- Birthday child and up to 2 parents/guardians do not count towards the 20 guests.
- Maximum number of additional adults allowed in the party room is 6.
- Receive 1 free chaperone per 5 kids (K-5) and 1 free chaperone per 10 kids (gr 6-12). Any additional adults beyond the allotted chaperones are $20 per person.
BASIC PACKAGE
Includes guided art activity, museum educator, all-day admission, white tablecloths and cups/plates/napkins/utensils, and room rental for 1.5hrs. All Basic Package parties run from either 10:30AM-12PM or 1:30-3PM.

- *Goody bags can be added on to the Basic Package for a fee of $100
DELUXE PACKAGE
Includes guided art activity, museum educator, all-day admission, white tablecloths and cups/plates/napkins/utensils, 30-min guided tour, party favor bags, and room rental for 2hrs. All Deluxe Package parties run from either 10AM-12PM or 1-3PM.

- Member Rate: $750
All workshops have suggested grade levels listed.

Birthday party groups are permitted to bring your own pizza and cake. GFS does not provide ice/ice bins, refrigeration, or ways to heat food of any kind. All food must be eaten and disposed of in the party room.
No alcohol is permitted in the party room. Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.

Deposit for half of the total balance is due for all parties upon booking.
- Full deposit is refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your party.
- Half deposit is refundable if you cancel within 2 weeks of your party.
Final balance payment is due 1 week in advance of your party date. Payment may be submitted over the phone via credit card or using the provided credit card authorization form.
Additional fees that arise on the day of the party will be charged to your credit card on file.
Please contact the Manager of School & Group Visits at 609.249.0222 as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your visit, and we will try to accommodate any changes based on availability.
If any members of your party have accessibility-related needs, please let us know during the booking process. We are happy to make accommodations to room set up, workshops, etc.!
Accessible pathways run throughout the garden, and our Welcome Center and Domestic Arts Building are fully accessible.
Assistive Listening Devices are also available for visitors with hearing impairments during Guided Tours.

- What should we do if we are running late?
If your group is running late, please call 609.586.0616 and let us know your new estimated arrival time. Groups more than 20 minutes late for guided tours may be asked to self-guide. - Where do we park?
Grounds For Sculpture has free parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. If traveling by bus, you will be directed to a designated parking area upon arrival. - Where do we check in?
When you arrive to Grounds For Sculpture, please check in and pay any remaining balance at the admissions desk located in the Welcome Center of the Seward Johnson Center for the Arts. Once your group is checked in, you will receive wristbands for all group members. Please make sure everyone in your group wears their wristbands throughout your visit. - Can we explore Grounds For Sculpture after our Birthday Party?
Yes, we encourage all groups to explore the grounds on their own after a Guided Tour. Chaperones must stay with minors at all times when self-guiding throughout the gardens and exhibitions. - Where are restrooms located?
Restrooms and water fountains are located in the Welcome Center, Museum Building, Domestic Arts Building, Acer Courtyard and Gazebo. - Are there maps available of Grounds For Sculpture?
All guests are encouraged to explore GFS using our free interactive at gfsmap.org - Do you have a Museum Shop?
Yes, our Museum Shop is located in the Welcome Center of the Seward Johnson Center for the Arts. Please note, Pre-K-12 groups are welcome to visit the museum shop in groups of ten under adult supervision. - Is there a way to find out what artwork is on view before my visit?
