This LYT focused yoga class focusses on bringing traditional yoga movements, with functional movements, designed for core strengthening and physical theory-based health. This series will help you explore how your body moves while providing tools for optimal movement through a specific practice of yoga: LYT. This class will have modifications for all levels and there will be transitions between using the floor and standing. Admission to GFS is included, so feel free to enjoy the grounds!

Instructor: Michelle Onion has been a physical therapist for over 25 years, exploring the beauty and benefit of optimal movement and how to help people discover it for themselves. She has 500 hours of training through the LYT yoga method and is certified in Trauma Conscious Yoga.
