This yoga class focuses on bringing traditional yoga movements, with functional movements, designed for core strengthening and physical theory-based health. This series will help you explore how your body moves while providing tools for optimal movement through a specific practice of yoga. This class will have modifications for all levels and there will be transitions between using the floor and standing. Admission to GFS is included, so feel free to enjoy the grounds!
Yoga with Mindful Movement is an independent agency certified and insured that teaches guided meditation, sound healing and yoga flow for the open minded.
About the Instructor: Nicole’s yoga journey started over 10 years ago when she was seeking the best coping mechanisms for her seizure disorder. Nicole was suffering from anxiety and severe seizures and needed an aid to self care. As an advocate for neurodiversity and currently working with several foundations across the country, she is devoted to showing others how yoga has changed her life through the power of sound, meditation, and movement. As a certified instructor of Guided Meditation, Sound Healing and Vinyasa Restorative/Yin, Nicole is here to enjoy life with fellow yogis or anyone willing to learn Mindfulness, sound healing, or just have fun taking a class or two. She offers group and private sessions (in person or zoom). Nicole is currently located in NJ but travels to different locations to tailor to her students’ needs.
