This practice emphasizes Deep Rest, offering a sanctuary from the busyness of daily life where both the mind and body can reset and restore. Participants often leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more balanced.

Beyond rest, Yoga Nidra also cultivates Insight, drawing on the wisdom of yoga to help participants connect with their inner knowing. By accessing the subconscious and exploring intention-setting, this practice can bring clarity, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of alignment with one’s values and purpose.

Open to all levels, Yoga Nidra provides a safe and nurturing environment for relaxation, reflection, and renewal. No prior yoga experience is needed—simply come with an open mind and a willingness to rest.

Instructor: Anjali Goswami is a Yoga enthusiast and certified 500 HR Yoga teacher from the renowned “Sri Sri school of Yoga”, which aims at providing comprehensive and multidimensional yoga education. The programs offered are deeply rooted in ancient yogic science and give participants a unique experiential understanding of yoga in its purity. Anjali teaches in person and virtual classes at the renowned Yoga Studio
