This winter, spend your Wednesday evenings learning how to prepare popular meals in the Rat’s Restaurant kitchen. Each class will be followed by an intimate dinner with wine pairings (zero proof pairings available on request). In this class, learn about various cooking methods, including roasting, stewing, sous vide and fried, as well as brines, marinades, and rubs, as you make Coq au Vin, Poulet Chasseur, Rotisserie Chicken, and Chicken Consomme.
All classes will include a Rat’s apron for each guest and recipe cards. Reservations are required and can be made over the phone at (609)-584-7800.
