This winter, spend your Wednesday evenings learning how to prepare popular meals in the Rat’s Restaurant kitchen. Each class will be followed by an intimate dinner with wine pairings (zero proof pairings available on request). In this special Family class, learn to make pizza dough and cupcake demos. This session will include chef aprons and hats for kids and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
All classes will include a Rat’s apron for each guest and recipe cards. Reservations are required and can be made over the phone at (609)-584-7800.
