A unique naturalized composition, On Poppied Hill and the surrounding hilltop garden is inspired by two Monet paintings. Help transform the area and gain insight into how the landscape at Grounds For Sculpture is maintained to mirror the paintings that inspire some of Seward Johnson’s work. Working alongside GFS horticultural staff, participants will learn about the management of a small, naturalized area and how to cut back grasses and plants in preparation for Spring.
This workshop is open to gardeners of all levels of experience.
