Katie O’Brien will guide you through a heart centered, walking meditation for stress relief, balance, and personal growth, discussing techniques for developing a meditative practice. Participants will learn to meditate by focusing on their breathing while walking in gentle contemplation, focus, and awareness. Elements of sound with drumming will be incorporated into the meditations to facilitate mindfulness and healing.
