This series takes place outdoors and promotes overall wellness through the practice of Yang Style Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese art that blends movement with stress reduction. Each week includes a warmup followed a recap of the previous lessons and low-impact Tai Chi movements necessary to learn the entire Yang Style Traditional Form. Don’t be discouraged if you miss a session, staff will ensure you aren’t left behind and are able to learn the complete Sun Style 98 Traditional Form. This series is a unique opportunity to focus on both the body and mind, with the benefit of being outdoors surrounded by both art and nature. No experience needed, safe for all ages. Admission to GFS is included, so stay to enjoy the grounds!
