Join staff from veteran-owned Dao Concepts and keep that drive to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. This series promotes overall wellness through the practice of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese art that blends exercise with stress reduction. Each week will include a warmup, followed by basic, low-impact Tai Chi movements. Taking place outdoors at GFS, this is a unique opportunity to focus on both body and spirit, as you will be surrounded by the beauty and inspiration of art. No experience needed and safe for all ages. Admission included with ticket price. To learn more about Dao Concepts please visit
