Join Haylee Warner on our spacious grounds to learn mindfulness and movement practices to support a positive and ease full transition in our ever-changing world. Each class will be themed for specific challenges we are facing. We will begin with a mindful movement practice to support our brain & bodies and end with a new meditation practice you can practice through the week. BYO yoga mat and mask, we will provide safe sanitized chairs for those who would like extra support and hand sanitizer to keep you safe.
Instructor: Haylee Warner, HHC, RYT is an ayurveda holistic health counselor in Philadelphia. Ayurveda is an ancient and adaptable life science that clears the frustration and overwhelm of starting a holistic lifestyle on your own. Her mission is to create accessible ways for folks to incorporate ayurveda in their everyday life.
