Discover the delights of crab apple jelly making with fruit harvested right here at Grounds For Sculpture! Join GFS Director of Horticulture Janis Napoli for this two-hour workshop and learn the full process of transforming crab apples into a delicious jelly. You’ll take part in harvesting, preparing, and cooking the fruit. This is a hands-on workshop – you will be working in the kitchen and outdoors, so please dress comfortably and be prepared for both cooking and harvesting activities. All materials will be provided, and each participant will take home a jar of freshly made crab apple jelly. This workshop is open to all levels of experience.
