Join us for an exciting STEAM Day filled with discovery, creativity and hands-on fun! Explore a variety of interactive activity stations set throughout Grounds For Sculpture’s indoor spaces and outdoor gardens. Put your engineering skills to the test with a paper roller coaster challenge, create your own cyanotype sun print using the power of sunlight, build a bee hotel to support local pollinators, and experiment with colorful chromatography. Be amazed by the magic of surface tension through bubble experiments, experience a water filtration demonstration to see how science helps provide clean water, and enjoy many more engaging stations designed to spark curiosity and inspire learners of all ages.
This special event is presented in partnership with the Princeton University Science Outreach Fellows, bringing guidance and enthusiasm to every activity. Whether you are a budding scientist, an artist, or just curious about how the world works, STEAM Day offers something for everyone! This drop-in workshop invites all ages to create together.
