During this program, you will find sensory relaxation, focus, clarity of mind, and an elevation of awareness as the sound bath experience eliminates disorder in the mind and body. The physiological benefits of sound therapy include decreased blood pressure, a boosted immune system, improved sleep patterns, and decreased anxiety. Sound baths offer opportunities to connect with oneself in a powerfully healing way by tuning the internal rhythms and resets the mind-body balance. Admission included.

Instructor: Sarah Yeung’s interdisciplinary work bridges art and wellbeing, East and West, ancient and modern traditions. She weaves sound, movement, energy practices, and contemplative arts into transformative experiences for individuals and communities. Sarah is founder of SKY Sound Yoga, certified as a sound healing practitioner, Reiki master teacher, registered yoga teacher (e-RYT 500), and holistic wellness coach. She holds Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Science from Cornell University.

Especially known for her expertise in Tibetan singing bowls, Sarah recently returned to the U.S. after months of immersion in Japan, Macao, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and her hometown Hong Kong. Sarah’s path into healing began nearly twenty years ago during inpatient rehabilitation, a profound turning point shifting her trajectory away from business and toward holistic healing. A trauma survivor in long term recovery, she brings a deeply compassionate, trauma-conscious approach to her offerings, specializing in stress reduction, mental health support, and emotional healing.
Trained in multiple lineages, she has studied with masters from Nepal and Tibet. Her work explores how sound, resonance, and artistic expression can restore balance, expand inner awareness, and cultivate embodied presence. She has shared therapeutic and transformative sound and vibration offerings, somatic movements, and energy work across the world.
