Join us for Drawing Connections, a calming and creative workshop designed to explore the health benefits of mindfulness-based drawing techniques. This session invites participants to slow down, focus their attention, and connect with themselves and others through simple, intentional mark-making. Incorporating sketchbook and journaling practices, participants will be encouraged to reflect visually and in writing—supporting self-awareness, emotional processing, and overall well-being. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just curious, this workshop offers a welcoming space to reduce stress and engage creatively. No artistic experience necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
