Join us for a spud-tacular art adventure! After enjoying a reading of The Potato King by Christoph Niemann – a playful story that brings the potato to life in surprising ways – Kiddos will work together with their adult caregivers to safely carve their very own potato stamps. Using simple shapes and guided tools, each child will create unique stamp designs. Paint will be applied to the potatoes to create vibrant patterns, imaginative pictures, and one-of-a-kind artwork to take home and display. This workshop develops fine-motor skills such as hand-eye coordination, grip strength, and stamping control. All Creative Kiddos workshops are designed for kids ages 6 to 8 working alongside their adult caregivers.
