Chair Yoga and Setting Intentions for the Year Ahead

This modified yoga class focuses on bringing traditional yoga movements, with functional movements, designed for core strengthening and physical theory-based health. This series will help you explore how your body moves while providing tools for optimal movement through a specific practice of yoga. Modifications can be made for all levels. Admission to GFS is included, so feel free to enjoy the grounds!
