Suzanne Reese-Horvitz was born in Philadelphia, PA. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from University of the Arts, Philadelphia, and her Doctorate in Philosophy in College Teaching of the Fine Arts from Columbia University in New York City. She was director and founder of NEXUS/foundation for today’s art. Her work has been collected by such prestigious institutions as the Musee d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, France; Glasmuseum, Ebeltoft, Denmark; Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, British Columbia; and Bibliotheca Alexandrina Museum, Alexandria, Egypt; among others.
