Tai Chi and Meditation

Join staff from veteran-owned Dao Concepts and keep that resolution to live a more healthy and active lifestyle. This weekly series promotes overall wellness through the practice of Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese art that blends exercise with stress reduction. Each week will include a warmup, followed by basic, low-impact Tai Chi movements. Taking place in GFS’ galleries, this is a unique opportunity to focus on both body and spirit, as you are surrounded by the beauty and inspiration of art. No experience needed; safe for all ages.
