Spring Ramp Dinner

Join us as we celebrate the beginning of spring with this celebrated wild leek. Rat’s culinary team will prepare a four-course dinner featuring the first spring ramps incorporated into every dish. Each course will be paired with an amazing wine. It’s the perfect way to welcome spring!
