10th Anniversary Workshop: Elizabeth Strong-Cuevas
Time: 10:30am - 1:30pm. Continue or begin this series of workshops by learning about Artist-In-The-Park, Elizabeth Strong-Cuevas. Strong-Cuevas is not only a renowned sculptor, but also serves on the Grounds For Sculpture Board of Trustees. In this workshop, learn about her background as an artist and create your own cosmic head using wax, a material often used by this artist in the early stages of her sculptures. Gallery Talk: The Creation of Landscapes for Sculpture with Doug Kale
Time: 2pm. Free with park admission. Have you ever wondered about the step-by-step process of re-creating the Impressionist scenes for Seward Johnson’s sculptures at Grounds For Sculpture? Learn about the development of the site for If It Were Time during this talk and slide presentation with Doug Kale, Owner and President of Kale’s Nursery.

Pushcart Players present Stone Soup and Other Stories
Time: 1pm. Free with park admission. Have your children enjoy Story Theatre at its best! In this production, adapted by Ruth Fost and Carol Wechter, Stone Soup and Other Stories presents tales from around the world, providing a delightful introduction to theatre as well as to the cultures and customs of different lands. Performance in association with The New Jersey Theatre Alliance’s The Stages Festival and Family Week at the Theatre. Concert: John Sebastian
Time: 8pm. Grounds For Sculpture is excited to welcome back Rock & Roll Hall of Famer John Sebastian. With a repertoire of pop music classics such as “Summer in the City” and “Did You Ever Have to Make Up Your Mind,” as well as the theme song to Welcome Back Kotter, “Welcome Back”. John is a true folk/rock music original. He first rose to fame as the front man for The Lovin’ Spoonful, scoring ten Top 40 hits before going solo, including his memorable solo appearance at Woodstock in 1969. With more than 40 years of performing and touring behind him, and his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000, there’s no slowing John down. Come see why John Sebastian is not only a master musician, writer, and exuberant performer, but one of the best ambassadors American music has. Price: $25 Members; $30 Non-Members; $30 Day of Show. Time: 11am and 1pm. Ages 3-5. Rain or Shine! Free with Park admission. Listen to a story, become park explorers, and make original works of art. Bring your toddler to learn about sculpture through interactive activities. Instructor: Joslyn Johnson. One adult must accompany each child. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Meets in the Visitor's Center.

Artists In Action!
Time: 11am – 4pm. Free with park admission. Artists In Action is the kick-off event to our spring season. Get inspired by watching accomplished artists demonstrate their expertise in a variety of media in their own studios open to the public on this day only. Come and view their latest works, have your questions answered and listen to music performed by local musicians.

Full Moon Tour
Time: 7pm. Let the magnificence of Grounds For Sculpture wow you by moonlight in an experience like no other. Begin your evening with a romantic 3-course dinner for two at Rat’s Restaurant, followed by a docent-led group tour lit by the light of a full moon. Enjoy a special walk through the Grounds and view sculptures individually lit to show off their evening brilliance. Reservations are limited for our full moon event.
