Wellness Walks

Walk the garden, explore health and well-being topics, and enjoy light fare with friends during this program for mature adults, sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceuticals and Stoneking Physical Therapy & Wellness Centers. Join Krista Lynn, Jewelry Designer and Creative Spiritual Workshop Facilitator, as she takes you through a wonderful spiritual and intuitive event where you make your own Mala Bracelet. The Mala is a strand of beads traditionally used for counting during meditations. Today, many people wear their Mala as a necklace or bracelet as a reminder of their personal and spiritual intentions. Making your own Mala Bracelet infuses your energy into the beads and encourages you to have a mindful experience in connection to the power of intention. Beautiful beads of spiritual quality will be provided. You will learn the meaning of the Mala, how to you use them and the spiritual meanings behind the stones you chose. Come get inspired and tap into your creativity! Take some time just for you to create a beautiful talisman to support you on your journey. For more information, please visit

NEW this year: Wellness Walks has expanded! Each topic will be presented twice per week; pick the day that works best for you. Advance reservation required.
